What is Collective MVMT?


Collective MVMT is a boutique fitness studio that offers powerful, beat-driven, cardio-packed cycling classes, and full-body, resistance-based strength training classes that lengthen and tone on the Lagree Megaformer, both delivering an incredibly effective, high-quality fitness experience to help you move even closer towards your personal wellness goals. 

What is your cancellation policy?


You can cancel a reservation free of charge if it is done at least 12 hours before your scheduled class begins. 

There is a $20 no-show and late cancellation fee for reservations canceled less than 12 hours before your scheduled class begins.

How does the waitlist work?


If you are at the top of the waitlist and a spot becomes available, you will be automatically enrolled in the class, up to 1 hour before the class begins. If you are added from the waitlist to the class, you will receive an email notification. 

Please note that all classes have a 12-hour cancellation policy. If you are on the waitlist and are no longer able to attend the class, please remove yourself to avoid being added to the class and incurring a no-show fee.

Do you have locker rooms?


Yes, we have men’s and women’s locker rooms with 3 showers in each locker room.

Our locker rooms are fully stocked with an expansive selection of toxin-free bath, body, and skincare products from Follain and toxin-free hair products from Innersense Organic Beauty, as well as full-size towels, shower caps, and hair tools.

Do you have an app?


Yes, our app is available in the Apple App Store. You can download it here. Use our app to easily schedule classes, manage your account, and more.

Who can take your classes?


All of our classes are programmed for all fitness levels. We encourage you to ALWAYS listen to your body and go at your own pace.

How old do you have to be to take a class?


Clients must be 15 years of age. Please note, all clients ages 15-17 require a signature from a parent or guardian in-studio.

How early should I arrive for my first class?


Please arrive 20 minutes early to your first class to ensure you're properly introduced to the specialty equipment.

How do I create an account?


To create an account, click 'BOOK A CLASS' on the top-right corner of the page, select the class you would like to book a spot in, and you will be prompted to create an account.

Can I take a cycle class if I am pregnact?


If you have been taking Cycle classes regularly before you got pregnant, you may continue taking classes as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor’s approval. Please let the instructor know that you are pregnant so they may provide modifications to make you more comfortable.

Do I need to bring my own cycle shoes?


You are welcome to bring your own cycle shoes. Our bike pedals accommodate SPD and Delta Look clips.  If you don’t have your own, we’ve got you covered. We offer rental shoes in-studio for $3. 

MEGAFORMER questions

Can I take a megaformer class if I am pregnant?


If you have been taking Megaformer classes regularly before you got pregnant, you may continue taking classes as long as you feel comfortable and have your doctor’s approval. The Megaformer workout is very core intensive, so please let the instructor know that you are pregnant so they may provide you with necessary modifications to make you more comfortable. 

Do I need grip Socks for megaformer classes?


Grip socks are required for all Megaformer classes and are available for purchase in-studio.


What is your childcare footwear policy?


Socks or shoes must be worn in Collective MVMT Childcare at all times. Bare feet are not allowed.

Are snacks and drinks allowed in childcare?


Snacks, candy, gum, or toys from home are not permitted. Sippy cups are allowed for using water only, and must be labeled. Bottle contents must be pre-mixed and labeled; Childcare staff members will not mix formula for bottles.

What is your childcare bathroom policy?


We have a dedicated Childcare bathroom. However, our Childcare staff does not take children to the bathroom or change diapers. The parent is responsible for stopping their workout and tending to their child if the infant or child requires a diaper change or needs to go to the bathroom. Children that are potty trained and are able to go to the bathroom alone will be escorted to the dedicated Childcare bathroom by a Childcare staff member.

What is your childcare pickup policy?


If there is no photo on the parents’ account, they must show a valid Photo ID upon pick up. If the child is picked up by a different person than the parent that dropped them off, that person must be named on the Childcare Waiver and Release of Liability and present a valid Photo ID.

What is your childcare late cancellation policy?


You can cancel a Childcare reservation at no penalty up to 2 hours before the scheduled Childcare session begins. 

Please note that if you cancel less than 2 hours before the scheduled session begins or No Show (if you do not cancel your session online or call to cancel), you will lose your session and it will not be credited back to your account. For those on a monthly unlimited childcare package, you will be charged $5 for a late cancellation or No Show.

How do I reserve a childcare session?


Childcare sessions are booked in the exact same way you would book yourself into a class.

Please note that reservations are required, and the session must be purchased in advance. Each session is 60 minutes (enough time to take a class and have a little “me” time before and after). If there is not a Childcare session offered at the exact time your class begins, we ask that you sign up for the time slot that is within 15 minutes of your class start time. 

What ages are welcome in childcare?


3 months to 11 years old

What are your childcare hours?


Childcare will be offered for all classes after 8 AM, Monday - Sunday.

What is your return policy for Merchandise?


Merchandise must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund and within 30 days for an account credit. All merchandise must be unwashed, unaltered and unworn with the original tags attached.

We reserve the right to refuse a return for any reason at our discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, if the merchandise does not comply with our return policy (worn, washed, without tags, outside the 30-day period, etc.).
